Make one. Buy some square steel bar stock or tubing the same size as is on your bike. Cut your stock backrest in half. Cut out the length of filler bar needed to achieve the desired finished height. Chamfer all the edges, weld it up, dress the welds, and send it to your local plating shop. If your local plater sucks, buy a copy of easyriders or Street Chopper magazine and look up Art Brass(Seattle Washington), Brown's Plating, or Atlantic Plating. Have it single dipped if you want the chrome to match, triple dipped if you want the plating job to last.
If you can't and/or don't want to do the work yourself, farm it out to a local machine shop. It shouldn't take but two hours or so to complete the cutting and welding. the plating is entirely dependent upon the whims of the shop you send it to.
Yiou could order and adapt an XL Harley piece, but going the one off route will get you exactly what you are striving for, and will be cheaper in the long run.
